Instructions to Clear Browser Cache

Chrome

1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData?search=cache
2. From the "Time range" drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
3. Click Clear data
4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Firefox

1. Click on menu bars – top right of page
2. Click on options
3. Type Cache in the search window at the top of the page
4. Click on Clear Data
5. Click on Clear button

Internet Explorer

1. Click on gear icon at the top right of the page
2. Select Internet Options
3. Under Browsing history Click Delete
4. Select:
   • Temporary Inter Files and website file
   • Cookies and website data
5. Click Delete
6. Exit browser and start back up.
